Mission statement: We approach every loan scenario as if it were a close family member, friend, or our own loan! We understand that everyone has a special needs that must be met, and the only way to meet those needs effectively is to prioritize our client's financial benefit. One of the biggest things our company prides itself on, is the fact that you are working with real mortgage professionals that are equipped with unmatched diligence, ensuring that your family is well versed, and familiar with the way a mortgage process works, the loan product your receiving, and sophisticated mortgage knowledge in general. This is such a top priority, because the number one complaints we hear in the mortgage industry is 1.) that they can never get ahold of their loan officer, 2.)they don't know when their loan will fund, or 3.) they don't fully understand the product they are receiving. This is in part to do with most large depository lending institutions, or other big name mortgage lenders that operate on the basis of an "assembly line". Where the application is taken by one person, then passed down a series of employees, until it funds. In our opinion, This approach on mortgage lending is flawed, and lacks accountability, lacks being personable, and most importantly more stressful. We take tremendous pride in taking a personal approach with all of our clients, because after all we want to keep you as OUR clients forever!
